Gunamalar is a well-respected and highly accomplished lawyer in Malaysia.
With more than 17 years of experience in the legal practice, Gunamalar was admitted to the High Court of Malaya in 2006 and has achieved various milestone ever since. She is also a qualified mediator, and accomplished her Master of Criminal Justice (University of Malaya) in 2008.
Gunamalar thrives in legal practice, especially in matters relating to family law, criminal defence and civil litigation. One of the most high profile case handled by Gunamalar is the case of Loh Siew Hong, which the father had unilaterally converted their children to Islam. She also single handedly conduct trials for murder, drug traffciking, and appeals to Federal Court.
Having appeared in appellate courts and as counsels, Gunamalar is often invited to be a lecturer in renowned universities in Malaysia such as University of Malaya (UM) and Multimedia University (MMU). She also often appears in the media for her accomplishments, and invited by ASTRO to be a guest speaker on sexual harassments.

Dr. Shamsher is the sole proprietor of the well-established Messrs SS Thind based in Penang, Malaysia.
As an active member in the Malaysian Crime Prevention Foundation (MCFP), Dr. Shamsher has represented various high-profile individuals such as Datuk Seri Najib Razak, ministers and members of parliament.
He holds a Ph.D in Criminology from Universiti Sains Malaysia (USM), and he strongly believes in the Latin maxim "fiat justita ruat caelum", which means - Let justice be done through the heaven falls.
Dr. Shamsher's partnership and friendship with Gunamalar is unbreakable as both of them worked hand-in-hand in most of the cases. From constitutional matters such as the legality of unilateral religion conversion of children, to penal offences carrying capital sentence such as murder and drug trafficking, Dr. Shamsher acted as counsel in many of the matters.

Tony is a young lawyer who is actively involved in criminal litigation and human rights organisations.
Tony holds a Bachelor of Laws (Hons) degree from the University of London, read in the chambers of Messrs Gunamalar Law Chambers and was admitted to the High Court of Malaya in 2022.
Under the personal mentorship of Gunamalar, Tony has a diversity of hands-on experience on multiple areas of law, and had developed unwavering principles and integrity.
As one of the Partners in the firm, Tony has diversified experience in family law and company disputes. Company law is his forte and he represented clients in shareholders disputes, commercial transactions and drafting of legal documents.
